Commercial window cleaning is a specialist task and requires expertise especially when working at a high level. Such window cleaning takes an experienced and trained person to complete the project.

Some buildings can’t be cleaned or accessed by using traditional window cleaning methods or Water fed window cleaning poles. A solution is to use a mobile elevated work platform (MEWP) allowing us to clean windows, clean cladding and pressure wash up to a height of 30m.

For every window cleaning job the choice of access equipment will be determined by the height to be negotiated, site conditions and extent of work. Mobile elevating work platforms are an ideal form of access for internal and external window cleaning for many larger buildings. Use of this type of equipment is one of the safest ways to clean windows.

Our International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) trained staff will ensure the safe use of high level access equipment such as scissor lift platforms and mobile boom platforms.

Scissor lift platforms are available where a vertical lift is needed but no outreach is required (Platform height up to 15m). Mobile Boom platforms are also available, these allow the operator to access small areas and confined spaces (Platform height up to 30m). Both types of platform come with several fuel type options, petrol, diesel or electric power depending if the work is inside or outdoors.
