Some buildings can’t be cleaned or accessed by using traditional window cleaning methods or Water fed window cleaning poles. A solution is to use a mobile elevated work platform (MEWP) allowing us to clean windows, clean cladding and pressure wash up to a height of 30m.

For every window cleaning job the choice of access equipment will be determined by the height to be negotiated, site conditions and extent of work. Mobile elevating work platforms are an ideal form of access for internal and external window cleaning for many larger buildings. Use of this type of equipment is one of the safest ways to clean windows.

Reachclean cleaning services uses mobile elevated work platforms (MEWP’s) to provide a way in which a worker can perform a task safely at height. Our International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) trained staff will ensure the safe use of high level access equipment such as scissor lift platforms and mobile boom platforms.

Scissor lift platforms are available where a vertical lift is needed but no outreach is required (Platform height up to 15m). Mobile Boom platforms are also available, these allow the operator to access small areas and confined spaces (Platform height up to 30m). Both types of platform come with several fuel type options, petrol, diesel or electric power depending if the work is inside or outdoors.

Industrial power washers are substantially more powerful than the average available washers. Therefore, due to the effectiveness of our machines, we rarely have to resort to the use of chemicals. Our van mounted, self-contained water tanks carry 100′s of litres of water, allowing pressure washing to be undertaken in the most inaccessible and difficult to reach areas.

Using specialist pressure washing equipment we clean the hard surfaces concerned with a contained and concentrated high pressure water jet. Our machines are more powerful than equipment which is available to hire and without the associated high volumes of water that home pressure washers consume.

Block paving, paving flags and decking look great when first laid, but due to their porous nature it’s not long before moss and algae appear on the surface or between the joints. Hard surface areas over time appear to lose colour and look tired due to everyday wear and tear and being exposed to the elements. We will re-sand or re-cement any jointing material dislodged during the cleaning process and wash down any surfaces that the pressure washing has affected.
