A micro fibre pad washes the window and then a hand held squeegee is used to remove the cleaning fluid or water from a glass surface. A soapy solution acts as a lubricant and breaks up the dirt, then the squeegee is used to draw the now water-borne dirt off the glass. In cases where the floor surface is slippery or uneven the use of a stability device like a rojak stopper is used. The stopper is an anti slip device ladder stabiliser. It consists of a high quality aluminium T-piece bonded to a covering of vulcanised rubber. It is this internal plate that increases the grip on the ground, and also stops the ladder from “flipping” as the aluminium upright prevents the stiles from rotating.
